For all non-conformances arising from customer complaints or Geomiq's in-house quality control processes, the manufacturing partner is required to complete a Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR) which will be sent to you via Platform Chat or Email by a PDR (Partner Development Representative )
The report should include a detailed analysis of the root cause, along with the corrective and preventive actions implemented to prevent the issue from recurring.
The SCAR provides Geomiq with confidence that the supplier has taken appropriate measures to resolve the problem. Once submitted, the SCAR will be reviewed and analysed by Geomiq, with future performance closely monitored. If the preventive actions are effective and result in minimal or no recurring issues, it will positively impact the supplier’s standing as a trusted manufacturing partner.
