How to Upload Tracking Information

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to upload tracking information for an order.

After receiving VQC approval, you must upload the tracking information as soon as possible. This must include the tracking number and the carrier's name.

To upload the tracking details, follow these steps:

  • Go to Current Jobs in your dashboard.

  • Locate the PO that has received VQC approval.

  • Enter the tracking number and carrier in the provided fields.

  • Click Mark as Shipped.

Once completed, the order status should update to reflect that the item has been shipped.

Once tracking information is uploaded, the order must be shipped the same day. It is the responsibility of the Manufacturing Partner to ensure that everything is dispatched correctly and to regularly monitor for any customs issues.

Failure to ship the order within 12 hours of uploading tracking information will constitute a violation of our terms and conditions, and penalties may apply.
