Recommended Couriers for Optimal Shipping

This article outlines the best couriers to use for shipping to our facilities

China

We recommend that all Chinese partners use DHL for shipping orders, as DHL is the most reliable and fastest courier option in China.

DHL Express shipments typically take approximately three days to reach the UK / Portugal. For instance, if you ship an order on Wednesday, it is likely to arrive at our facilities by Friday.

If you need an order to arrive by Monday, the absolute latest you can ship is Saturday morning on the first available flight. To ensure arrival by Monday, you must obtain VQC approval by Friday.

While we also accept shipments via UPS and FedEx, please note that these options generally take 4-5 days to reach our facilities in the UK.

All shipments must be sent via Express. Do not use Economy.

Freight Forwarders

For larger shipments, using freight forwarders may be necessary to transport orders to our facilities. While we do not mandate a specific freight forwarder, suppliers must select a reliable one that can provide detailed updates on the shipment’s status.

Agents

We do not accept orders shipped via agents. To be an approved Manufacturing Partner on our platform, you must have an active courier account with one of the following couriers: DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

If it is discovered that you are using an agent, your account will be immediately suspended until you can provide proof of having the required courier accounts.

India

UK

We recommend that UK partners use DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Royal Mail to ship orders to our UK facility.

We do not recommend using Elvi due to the high frequency of lost shipments.

If you are local to our facility, you may also use a same-day courier service or deliver the orders in person.

Lost Shipments

It is the manufacturing partners responsibility to ensure that any order sent to our facility arrives on time and in good condition. If a shipment is lost, the supplier must contact the courier and provide an update on the shipment’s status.

If the original shipment cannot be delivered within 5 working days of the issue being reported, the supplier will be required to remake the parts at their own expense.
