This article explains our SLA for purchase order acceptance and how to raise an issue with a purchase order.

All purchase orders must be accepted within 12 hours as per our SLA (Service Level Agreement). We expect all our manufacturing partners to adhere to this timeline. If there are any discrepancies in the purchase order, please raise them immediately using the platform's chat function so a member of the production team can assist you.

To contact the production team, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Current Jobs."

  2. Select "Ask a Question" to open the chat box and communicate with a production team member.

If you are unable to access the chat or do not receive a reply, please email us at [email protected]. Our inbox is monitored Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. A team member will respond to you promptly.
