Image Quality Standards

  • Resolution: All images must be a minimum of 5 megapixels to ensure clarity and detail.

  • Lighting: Ensure the component is well-lit and free from shadows that obscure details.

  • Focus: The image must be in sharp focus, showing clear details of the component.

Types of Required Photos

1. Photo of Entire Quantity:

  • Lay out all components clearly.

  • Ensure the photo captures all items without any obstructions.

2. Photos of Individual Parts:

  • Upload six images of each component, showing all sides:

    • Front

    • Back

    • Left side

    • Right side

    • Top

    • Bottom

3. Photo of Labeled Parts:

  • Take a final photo showing the parts packaged and labeled correctly.

Proper Section Upload

  • Upload photos under the correct sections during Quality Control to ensure swift processing and review.

Avoid Screenshots

  • Do not upload screenshots of photos. Screenshots often result in lower resolution images that are insufficient for detailed review. Always upload the original, high-resolution photos.

Verification Before Submission

  • Conduct a quick review of all photos before submission to ensure they meet quality and detail requirements.

  • Check for proper focus, lighting, and clarity.

  • Verify that all required photos have been uploaded to the correct sections.

Feedback Loop

  • Geomiq will provide specific feedback on photo quality. Take note of this feedback to improve future submissions.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure that your image/photo submissions meet the required standards, facilitating a more efficient and accurate review process.
