What is OTIF?
OTIF (On-Time In-Full) is a critical performance metric in supply chain management.
On-Time: This measures whether the delivery arrives within the agreed-upon time frame. It reflects the company's ability to meet delivery deadlines and maintain customer expectations.
In-Full: This ensures that the complete order, with the correct quantity of products, is delivered as requested. It guarantees that no items are missing or short-shipped.
A high OTIF score indicates strong operational performance, demonstrating that our Manufacturing Partners consistently delivers orders promptly and accurately.
What is FPY?
FPY stands for First Pass Yield. It is a quality performance metric used in manufacturing to measure the percentage of products that are produced correctly without any defects or rework during the first production run.
First Pass: Refers to products that pass quality inspection on the first attempt.
Yield: The percentage of defect-free products out of the total produced.
A high FPY score indicates that a high percentage of products meet quality standards right away, reducing the need for rework, saving time and costs, and improving overall efficiency.
How Do We Monitor OTIF and FPY?
At Geomiq, OTIF and FPY is regularly reviewed as one of our core performance metrics. This includes not only tracking the company’s overall OTIF and FPY, but also closely monitoring the OTIF and FPY performance of individual Manufacturing Partners to assess their reliability and efficiency.
Our platform uses OTIF data to categorize Manufacturing Partners into performance tiers:
Tier 0: 0–2 completed jobs (new or limited history)
Tier 1: 90–100% OTIF
Tier 2: 80–89% OTIF
Tier 3: 60–79% OTIF
Tier 4: 0–59% OTIF
Your tier directly impacts the likelihood of securing future jobs. Partners in higher tiers gain access to more opportunities and increased revenue potential, while those in lower tiers are less likely to win jobs. This tiered system rewards high performance and encourages continuous improvement in order fulfillment and delivery reliability.

The next section displays how many orders you’ve delivered on time. If you hover over the information ("i") icon, you’ll see additional details on how this metric is calculated.
The next section shows how many orders you’ve delivered Right First Time, meaning they arrived with no quality issues. Hovering over the "i" icon here will also provide more information on how this metric is determined.
