We have two quality hubs where we perform quality control and dispatch orders to our customers. Manufacturing partners are required to ship parts to one of these hubs based on the customer's location. The specific hub for each shipment will be clearly stated on the purchase order and the platform.

If an order is sent to the incorrect hub, a charge will be applied to cover the cost of shipping to the correct location, including any duties and taxes.
