The article explains how our delivery dates are determined and managed.

The delivery date specified on the purchase order and the platform indicates the expected arrival date at our hub. Please note that this should not be confused with shipment dates. It is the manufacturing partner's responsibility to ensure that orders arrive at our facilities on time.

You can find the delivery date for your order on the purchase order and on the platform.

If an order arrives late, a late fee of 1% will be incurred for each day it is delayed in reaching our hubs. More information on our late fees can be found under the "Supplier Late Fees" section of the Knowledge Base.
