Use this space to review feedback, understand areas for improvement, and strive for excellence in every delivery.

This new feature is designed to assist you in enhancing both the quality of your delivery and the quality of your components. Here, you will find various types of issues we may flag during Virtual Quality Control (VQC) or when we identify a non-conforming issue during in-house QC.

Non-conformance Reason

In this section, you'll see detailed information about the identified issues. Each issue type flagged by Geomiq will be listed as a separate occurrence, even if a single part (RFQ) has multiple issues. Please note that each issue is counted only once per part RFQ, regardless of how many units are affected by the same issue.

Example, if you have delivered 100 units and 5 of them have issues such as "Dents," this will be counted as a single occurrence. This means the entire quantity will be marked with the same issue.

Use this Guide to review, understand the specific conformance reasons, and take the necessary steps to improve your future orders. By addressing these issues, you can ensure your products consistently meet our quality standards and enhance your overall perfromance.

Frequency

The Frequency section tracks the number of times an issue has been flagged by Geomiq. Each RFQ with an issue counts as one occurrence. If you encounter the same conformance issue three or more times, this should be considered a significant area of concern and must be rectified as soon as possible. We expect you to understand the issue and implement preventative actions promptly.

Once you have three occurrences of the same non-conformance issue, we will reach out to conduct a formal evaluation and verify that you have implemented the necessary preventative actions. If we find the actions you have taken to be inadequate, we may have to prevent you from accepting work with similar requirements in the future.

It is crucial to understand the non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions as quickly as possible. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please get in touch with the Partners team.
