In order to ensure timely delivery of parts and maintain efficient operations, we have implemented a policy where suppliers will be charged a late fee of 1% of the total order value for every day that a Purchase Order is delayed. This will be applicable to all orders placed on and after Monday 15th May 2023.

Late fees will start at 1% and be up to 20% of the total order value. These fees are non-negotiable and upon accepting a Purchase Order you will be agreeing to these terms.

Our accounts team will deduct the required amount from the payment run.

This is outlined in our Manufacture Terms and Conditions under section 6.3.
