Improvement to how your Performance Score works

Change is in effect from the 24th July 2026 onwards

What is changing?

We have improved how we calculate your On-Time and Quality scores in your dashboard.

In the past, your score updated when a new job was issued to you. Now, your score updates the day after you successfully deliver a job to a Geomiq Hub and the team confirms that we have received the parts.

This new method is better because it gives you direct feedback when you deliver goods and you can control over your score through your most recent delivery performance, instead of the score changing when Geomiq sends you your next job.

How do I improve my score?

Improving your score is now more consistent, and directly in your control:

  1. Deliver jobs on time: Make sure your completed parts arrive at the Geomiq Hub on or before the agreed deadline. The day after we receive parts, your score will be updated to show the improvement.

  2. Maintain high quality: Ensure all parts pass your own quality inspections and are correct as per the job requirements and Geomiq's Quality Standards.

  3. Ship consistently: Every good, on-time delivery helps your score go up starting the very next day after arrival at our Hub.

What does this mean for you?

  • Your overall score stays mostly the same: Your score, tier, and access will not drop suddenly. You may see small changes because your recent deliveries are now correctly counted as more than your older deliveries.

  • Faster rewards for successful deliveries: The day after your delivery arrives and is confirmed at a Geomiq Hub, your score will update.

  • Easier to improve your score: Every successful, on-time delivery gives you an immediate positive boost, making it faster to raise your score.

Why did we make this change?

We want your dashboard score to show your hard work and good delivery results as soon as possible.

⚠️ Important: If you deliver one job on time and without quality issues, your score may not increase the next day if you have also outstanding jobs that are still late, or if a previously delivered order has a quality fault from the customer.

  • Deliver late orders as soon as possible: Every extra day an order is late can lower your On-Time score even further. The more days late it is, the bigger the penalty.

  • Avoid canceling out your good work: If an old order remains late, its negative score can undo the progress you make from delivering new orders on time.

  • Action to take: Always prioritise and expedite outstanding late orders first, but do not compromise on Quality. Your Quality Score will have a big impact on your Performance Score.
