We've launched a new Performance Dashboard to give you a clearer, more transparent view of your performance and how it directly impacts your access to jobs on the Geomiq platform. This new dashboard replaces the previous version with a more sophisticated and actionable set of metrics.
Our goal is to reward high-performing partners with more opportunities and provide clear, data-driven feedback to help all of our partners improve.

Understanding Your Scores:
Your Performance Score
This is the single most important metric on your dashboard. It's a balanced calculation that evaluates your on time and quality reliability over time, taking into account:
Your On Time over the last 6 months - Including penalties for how many days late your orders are. (The later they are, the bigger the penalty will be).
Your Quality over the last 6 months - Including a penalty for consistently incorrect penalties.
On-Time Performance Score
Your overall % of orders that were On Time in the last 6 months - without any penalties applied yet.
Quality Performance Score
Your overall % of orders that were Delivered without fault in the last 6 months - without any penalties applied yet.
Recent Orders are also penalised more than older orders - This gives you more of a chance to improve your score if you start improving today.

How Your Score Affects Your Job Access
Your Performance Score directly determines your Partner Tier, the benefits you will have access to and the limits you can unlock, including:
Priority access to new and high-value jobs.
Eligibility for 'Instant Win' projects.
The value of work you may have in Production at one time.
However, a consistently low score may result in a lower Tier and temporarily suspended access until your performance improves. Your dashboard will always clearly display your current Tier and access status.
How to See Your Detailed Score Calculation
We believe in full transparency. To see exactly how your score was calculated, including which orders incurred penalties:
Navigate to your Dashboard.
In the "Your Performance Dashboard" page,
then click on "How we calculate your Performance Score".
A modal will appear with a detailed breakdown of both your On-Time and Quality contributions, including the specific values from your own performance history that have impacted your main On Time and Quality Scores.
